Apparently West Adams food week continues. After the release of renderings for Daniel Patterson's neighborhood den/restaurant/coffeeshop, Alta, today comes evidence* of a nouveau sandwich shop joining our burgeoning neighborhood on the other side of Hauser and Adams. Although not much information is available about Open Face, the construction, which has been going on for almost a year, appears pretty much complete with an opening expected in the coming weeks.
I will reach out to the proprietor for more info as this "modern sandwich shop" will be an incredibly welcome addition to the West Adams hood, which sorely lacks solid lunch options and I wish it was open now because I'm hungry.
